The 31 year old, who recently welcomed his second child with his wife Francesca Abbott, took to his Instagram feed to update his 806,000 followers about his mental wellbeing in an emotional post.
The Diversity star, who recently revealed the name of his beautiful baby boy, continued: "I’m the kind of person that always tries to inspire and motivate others. "But I feel back, present and ready to overcome whatever is put in front of me, like I always have," he said.
