It's expected that 500 Asda Express stores will launch UK-wide over the next few years - with 300 expected to open by the end of 2026.
Asda has announced it will be opening hundreds of Express convenience petrol stores over the next few years - several of which will be in Scotland.
These petrol stations are set to be changed into Asda Express branches, with work expecting to finish by March 2024, the Mirror reports. Top Trending Stories Today The deal will also see Asda grow its presence in the £64billion foodservice market, as around 462 Greggs, Burger King and Subway outlets located on the EG Group sites will be transferred over to Asda as part of a franchise agreement.
