AUSTIN, Texas — ​Urban residential and commercial community developer StoryBuilt announced this week it is building 42 micro units on South First Street in Austin.

“Bruno is one of only a handful of micro unit developments in Austin and the only one in South Austin with such proximity to downtown,” said Ross Wilson, Austin and San Antonio division president of StoryBuilt. “The South First Street corridor, and Bouldin Creek Neighborhood as a whole, are becoming more walkable and connected every day with new commercial and retail uses popping up regularly.
