Mikel Arteta's side opened the scoring after just 35 minutes, with Gabriel Jesus converting a penalty which he had won.The visitors seemingly collapsed after the break, as Ben White doubled Arsenal's lead two minutes after the break, before Jesus got his second in the 55th minute with a close-range finish.
The visitors gave themselves some hope in the 75th minute when Rasmus Kristensen fired in Leeds' first goal via a deflection. However, the Gunners wrapped up the win with six minutes to play when Granit Xhaka nodded home a cross from Martin Odegaard.
