Arsenal fans are confused by Aaron Ramsdale’s cryptic Instagram amid the goalkeeper being linked with a move to Newcastle United.
In turn, the England shot-stopper has been lined with a transfer, with reports on Friday indicating he was on the cusp of agreeing a deal to join Newcastle next term.
Ramsdale, however, was quick to dispel such rumours on social media, writing alongside a laughing emoji: “News to me”. Upon being sent Birkenstocks by Arsenal Womens star Lotte Wubben-Moy, Ramsdale shared her picture of a note graffitied on the shoes’ box.
