Nearly 10 years after a woman was sexually assaulted by a man who forced his way into her Woodbridge apartment, police have arrested a suspect, authorities said.
The investigation began on Sept. 21, 2014, after the woman called the police to report what had just happened to her, according to a joint statement from theand the Woodbridge Police Department. The man was not known to her. Detectives from both agencies were finally able to identify the alleged perpetrator as Danny McEaddy, 39, of Sicklerville, and he was arrested Thursday, police said.
McEaddy was charged with aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, burglary, aggravated criminal sexual contact, criminal restraint and aggravated assault, the prosecutor’s office said.Anyone with information is asked to call Det.
