OAKLAND – Authorities on Thursday arrested a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of a man last week at Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline in Oakland.
The victim, Francisco Felix, was killed in his vehicle around 2:20 p.m. on Aug. 8 while parked at the regional shoreline, the East Bay Regional Park District said in a news release. East Bay Regional Park District Police Department investigators identified the suspect as Ginrhic Arden Bernardino Santiago and arrested him Thursday in Oakland.Related Articles
