Haratio Stewart, 31, is charged with murder and attempted murder.
Jabyron Nettles, 20, was gunned down while sitting in his car in the Maison De Ville apartment complex. His girlfriend was also shot seven times and survived. Jelaysia Smith is now making a miraculous recovery.
Stewart was put in cuffs Tuesday at his home on Dabney Drive off Duval Street. A large police presence was there, including US Marshals.“I ran to her room and told her,” said Tameka Williams and Smith. “It was a shocker. It was a shocker.
