The cold weather has non-profits across the Natural State preparing to help those most at risk.

As we head into winter and temperatures start to drop, warming centers for those experiencing homelessness are gearing up for the season.

And just in time for the winter, the Salvation Army is opening a new warming center that is scheduled to open a week from now that can house more than 60 people.
