The National Weather Service has issued a Blowing Dust Advisory for Phoenix , Casa Grande, and other parts of Southwestern Arizona."Strong thunderstorm outflow winds will be capable of producing blowing dust issues across south-central and southwest AZ late this afternoon through this evening. Visibility reaching as low as under one mile resulting in hazardous driving conditions is possible," read a portion of NWS's forecast.
