A massive and dense dust storm moved through the Valley on Sunday, and with it came wind, rain and lightning.
The National Weather Service says a Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for Phoenix, along with Buckeye, Casa Grande, Prescott Valley, Globe, Whiteriver, Sedona and Payson.Hail, wind of up to 75 mph, and lightning are possible along with the rain."The low temperature this morning in Phoenix was 91°F, which was 1 degree shy of tying the daily record.
