If Hobbs' first week in office provided clues, they were that she will strive for a broad appeal in tackling issues like water and affordable housing. "Gov. Hobbs is going to continue to focus on finding common ground and meeting challenges with pragmatic policies," Hobbs spokesperson Murphy Hebert said."The inaugural theme was 'An Arizona for Everyone' and her State of the State address will illustrate ways that work can start."
