APACHE COUNTY, Ariz — The Apache County Attorney's Office was served warrants on the morning of June 4 by the Arizona Attorney General's Office, officials said.
Arizona Department of Public Safety assisted with security at the scene, but told 12News the Arizona Attorney General's Office is handling the investigation. "The Apache County Sheriff’s Office had no prior knowledge of the search warrants or indictments served yesterday. As far as we are aware no one from our agency has been implicated.
