The second level features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and stunning views of the Hollywood Hills.The backyard is private and big enough to host gatherings for 20 people. Several steps above that is a seating area and meditation deck with panoramic views.The purchase of the new house will finally give Madix, 38, a clean break from the lead singer of Tom Sandoval And The Most Extras.
Madix, however, sued him in January to force the sale of their shared abode so they could split the proceeds.
