Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning underwent minor foot surgery this week as a preventative measure to address a previous injury, according to UT football officials. Thomas Stepp, Director of Communications at The University of Texas, said Manning will be limited during off-season workouts but is expected to return during spring football practice.Manning is among several Longhorns players who underwent off-season surgery. UT also announced that five additional players had procedures and are expected to be fully healthy by the start of the 2025 season. Defensive back Xavier Filsaime underwent shoulder surgery, as did offensive lineman Trevor Goosby and linebacker Ty'Anthony Smith.
