A caller reported that someone distracted him and took money out of his car.VEHICLE CODE VIOLATION: 5:17 p.m. at Belgatos Park on Belgatos Lane. Two people were riding motorcycles up and down the trails in the park.GRAND THEFT: 10 a.m. at North 40 on South Turner Street and Lark Avenue.
