Apple will only fix a concerning iPhone camera issue next week

. Unfortunately however, Apple hasn’t outright said what the problem is and we’re not qualified enough to make an assessment. What we do know is that noise above isn’t good and we’d be incredibly concerned.

The good news is that Apple has acknowledged there is a problem and will be dispatching a software update next week as reported by . In that same report, it’s highlighted that this would be the second major software update for iOS 16 since the iPhone 14’s launch. On launch day users needed an update to address a problem related to activating FaceTime.and the handsets arrive on 23rd September so, if you’re planning on upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max, you may want to hold off on using the camera in third-party applications until that software fix is issued.

With prices starting at R25 699, hopefully this fix comes through quicker than anticipated. Sure would be a pain for that new camera to be destroyed because of a software issue.
