Apple are clearly picking up that, from the FitBit to the
, wearable tech is what is trendy and in-demand right now. And so on Sunday, as part of their latest product line-up launch, they announced theDescribing it as the"world's first spacial computer", it sort of comes across as the middle ground between an AR/VR headset, and an iPad that you control with your eyes instead of your fingertips.Of the product, Apple CEO Tim Cook said the following:"Today marks the beginning of a new era for computing.
"Built upon decades of Apple innovation, Vision Pro is years ahead and unlike anything created before - with a revolutionary new input system and thousands of groundbreaking innovations. It unlocks incredible experiences for our users and exciting new opportunities for our developers." "Creating our first spatial computer required invention across nearly every facet of the system. Through a tight integration of hardware and software, we designed a standalone spatial computer in a compact wearable form factor that is the most advanced personal electronics device ever."Set to launch in the States in early 2024, before becoming available in"more countries" in late 2024, the launch price tag is a hefty $3,499 .
