Huawei overtook Apple’s iPhone in the leading spot for smartphone market share in China.

Apple's iPhone has fallen from its position as leader of China's smartphone market share, according to a report from Jefferies analysts.

The analysts said smartphone sales in China have showed positive growth year over year, driven primarily by high double-digit growth in Android sales led by Huawei, Xiaomi and Honor devices.
