Apple iOS 12.3.2 is a surprise release which is not showing up on a lot of iPhones and iPads. What's going on? Here's everything you need to know...
Unsurprisingly, given its specificity, iOS 12.3.2 is a dedicated bug fix. In Apple’s own words:
“iOS 12.3.2 resolves an issue that could cause Camera to capture Portrait mode photos without depth effect on some iPhone 8 Plus devices.” Interestingly, I have not received a single complaint about this issue , so it’s good to see Apple react quickly to what is clearly a niche problem. As you might expect, there are also no security updates in this release given it doesn’t cover other iPhones and iPads.I always recommend iOS device owners wait a week and, in the strictest terms, this applies here.
