Found guilty of Capital Murder counts, McCraney accused Dale County Circuit Judge Bill Filmore of judicial misconduct regarding the testimony he allowed during the nine-day trial last year. The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals rejected those claims.Ozark Police arrested McCraney, a truck driver who served as a church bishop, 20 years after officers found the bodies of J.B. Beasley and Tracie Hawlett in the trunk of a car parked in Ozark.
