Hertfordshire Constabulary have asked anyone who saw anything suspicious or that might otherwise help them with their enquiries to come forwards, via the Online Watch Link .Two vehicles in Whippendell Road, near the bottom end after Hagden Lane, were hit. A can of paint was left at the scene.“Do you have any information for police to help with enquiries?”
