Robert Pearlman is a space historian, journalist and the founder and editor of collectSPACE.com, an online publication and community devoted to space history with a particular focus on how and where space exploration intersects with pop culture. In 2009, he was inducted into the U.S. Space Camp Hall of Fame in Huntsville, Alabama. In 2021, he was honored by the American Astronautical Society with the Ordway Award for Sustained Excellence in Spaceflight History.

The Apollo Tether Hook Keychain produced by Luna Replica and Global Effects replicates the carabiner used by Neil Armstrong on the surface of the moon.Luna Replicas, a space collectibles dealer, has partnered with Global Effects, a Hollywood prop house, to producethat was used by NASA's Apollo astronauts while on the moon and during deep space EVAs .
