Fenomena ‘Gelombang Hijau’ merebak ke Pulau Pinang, Selangor, dan Negeri Sembilan; selain Kedah, Kelantan, dan Terengganu pada PRN lalu.

PETALING JAYA: ‘Gelombang Hijau’ dilihat semakin menggerunkan pihak lawan selepas Perikatan Nasional tampil cemerlang pada PRU15.

Penganalisis politik, Mujibu Abd Muis, memberi amaran PH-Barisan Nasional tidak boleh begitu selesa memandangkan PN dapat mengekalkan momentum ‘Gelombang Hijau’ pada PRN lalu. “Bila dah jadi macam ini mereka juga mungkin akan berubah ke PN. Itu juga mungkin berlaku,” tambah Mujibu. “Kita bersedialah kali ini untuk menjelaskan kepada pengundi terutamanya pengundi BN segala kekeliruan atau pun kekecewaan yang selama ini mungkin mereka lalui,” katanya.Di sebalik haru-biru ini, BN dan PH nampaknya akan terpaksa berharap pada rekod prestasi kerajaan Johor untuk meyakinkan pengundi menyokong mereka.
