Anwar mahu ECRL jadi pemangkin perubahan di Pantai Timur

“Ini kerana antara masalah besar dalam perbincangan kita dengan pelabur-pelabur termasuk dari China kurang perhatian kepada Terengganu , terutama Kelantan berkaitan soal pelabuhan, walaupun pelabuhan tak ada , memudahkan umpamanya pengangkutan pengeluaran barang-barang hasil di Kelantan sama ada pertanian atau industri.

Turut hadir Menteri Pengangkutan Anthony Loke, Menteri Besar Kelantan Ahmad Yakob, Ketua Setiausaha Negara Mohd Zuki Ali dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd Darwish Abdul Razak. Anwar berkata Projek ECRL menyaksikan penglibatan lebih 2,100 syarikat tempatan terdiri daripada kontraktor, perunding dan pembekal sejak 2017 hingga suku pertama tahun ini.
