Two suspected drug pushers are now in jail following the seizure of some P200,000 worth of illegal drugs from them during a buy-bust operation in Antipolo City. ManilaBulletin
The suspects, Jomar Arguelles, 36, and Charlie Maluluyon, 38, both considered by the police as high-value- individuals in the illegal drugs trade, yielded 11 packs of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation by operatives of the Antipolo Police Station on Monday night in Sitio Central 1 in Barangay Inarawan, the Rizal Police Provincial Office revealed on Tuesday.
The office of PPO director Col Dominic Baccay told reporters that the suspected shabu is estimated to be worth P238,000 based on the matrix of the Dangerous Drugs Board. The suspects are now detained at the custodial facility of the Antipolo Police Station pending the filing of charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
