The Antipolo Cathedral, otherwise known as the International Shrine of the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage in Antipolo City, is inviting Marian devotees to attend the first Saturday devotion in honor of the Nuestra SeńoraThe official Facebook page of the cathedral, the Birhen ng Antipolo-Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, announced that this coming Saturday, March 4, the cathedral will carry out the traditional first Saturday devotion.

Right after the Holy Mass, the choir will sing the “Salve Regina” as the image of the Our Lady of Antipolo is brought down from the altar. As it passes under the choir loft located near the exit gate of the cathedral, there will be a shower of rose petals before the image is transferred to its boat-like caroza in preparation for the late afternoon procession.
