Anthony Santander blasted his fifth homer in the past six games to help power the host Baltimore Orioles to a 3-2 victory over the Seattle Mariners in the rubber game of their three-game set on Sunday.
Santander went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer and two RBIs for the Orioles, who followed a series-opening 13-1 loss on Friday with two victories to take the series against the Mariners.
Kyle Bradish allowed two runs on just two hits with seven strikeouts and two walks in seven innings for Baltimore. Cal Raleigh went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and two RBIs for the Mariners, who have dropped four of their past six games. After Jorge Mateo led off with a double down the third-base line, he stole third with one out before Cedric Mullins flew out to center. But five pitches later, Santander blasted Kirby's curveball over the right-field wall to tie the game.
