The film, directed by Julius Onah, sees Ford as U.S. President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, who wants to bring Captain America aboard in an official military position after being elected president. But before Wilson can make a decision, he works to uncover a nefarious global plot and takes on Ross when he transforms into the Red Hulk.

I’m not.”also includes Ramirez as the new Falcon, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Shira Haas as the Israeli superhero Sabra, Giancarlo Esposito as Sidewinder, Liv Tyler as Betty Ross and Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/The Leader., when he was introduced as the hero The Falcon, an ally of Chris Evans’ Captain America.
