Hundreds of happy goats are doing what they do best on the steep hillsides encircling the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley: chewing their way through 100 acres of fire-prone brush fueled by the seemingly endless atmospheric rivers that drenched Southern California with rain from December to March.
