Orlando Pirates could be set to lose a whole host of players to Europe by the end of the season, with yet another key player linked with a move abroad.

linked with moves abroad. Mofokeng was linked to numerous teams in both England and Spain, recently having trials at Wolves. He and Pirates are yet to find out if the English Premier League outfit will be signing him. Makgopa is believed to have attracted in a number of European countries. Clubs in France, Belgium and Russia are thought to be monitoring him.
The source goes on further to say Maswanganyi’s previous experience in Europe could stand him in good stead. “I think the team in Belgium that is interested in him have also looked at his experience in Europe and looking at his age. He is only 25 years old and spent about two to three years in Portugal. They feel that will help him settle well if he moves to Belgium. I can’t say the club in Belgium at the moment because it would jeopardize everything and that wouldn’t be good,” concluded the source.
It now remains to be seen if Pirates would be willing to let Maswanganyi leave after just one season.
