A flood watch was issued for most of the Los Angeles area beginning late Monday night through Wednesday afternoon and a wind advisory will be in effect for most of the region from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday.
A high wind warning for Orange County coastal and inland areas will go into effect from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday. The valleys and Inland Empire will also see some showers with the chance of lightning strikes. The region could see between 2 to 5 inches of rain. Conditions will be windy with a high of 60 degrees. The low temperature will be 47.
