A John Wick spinoff with a returning character gets a promising update from director Chad Stahelski. The one-person action army series kicked off in 2014 with John Wick. The John Wick franchise has been well-received overall, receiving three follow-up films to the main franchise. Spinoffs have also been developed, including the Prime Video limited series The Continental as well as the upcoming 2025 film Ballerina.
