Harry and Meghan exchanged a few heartfelt gifts on their anniversary

earlier this week on 19 May – and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex rang in the occasion in low-key fashion, choosing to exchange a couple of heartfelt gifts.

So much has happened since then, and of course these days they’re settling into their new non-senior royal roles in Meghan’s native Los Angeles after their exit from the royal firm. While most of the world was shocked when Harry and Meghan left the UK, Vanity Fair's Katie Nicholl says that had been their intention all along.
