Anne Miskey led Union Station for six years, expanding its services to areas beyond Pasadena, and bringing more national recognition to the 51-year-old nonprofit.
Anne Miskey announced her resignation as CEO of Union Station Homeless Services in Pasadena on Friday, March 22, bringing to an end a six-year run as chief of Pasadena’s flagship homeless-services provider.
“It is with both sadness and gratitude that we announce that after six years of dedicated service, Anne Miskey has resigned from her position as chief executive officer at Union Station Homeless Services,” said Jesse Torres, chair of the Board of Directors, Union Station Homeless Services. “We at Union Station are tremendously grateful to Anne for the energy, vision, and heart that she dedicated to our organization, to our communities and to those we served these past six years.
“I am incredibly appreciative of my time at Union Station,” Miskey said Friday. “I was fortunate to work closely with many amazing staff, volunteers, donors, and community members, all focused on helping end homelessness for our most vulnerable neighbors. “Leaving is hard, but I take with me so much of what I have learned over the past six years, and the many friends and colleagues I have made. I wish Union Station all the best as it moves forward as one of L.A. County’s premier homeless agencies.”Union Station Homeless Services to hold first in-person Thanksgiving dinner since pandemicDuring Miskey’s tenure, she led significant growth and change at the organization.
