Homer Laffoon, 20, revealed what he believes is the value of his mother’s estate, claiming that she had “a few modest banks accounts” when she died on Aug 12.

Laffoon has been battling Heche’s ex, James Tupper, for control of her estate since her death on Aug. 12., claiming that Heche sent him an email in January 2011 that read, “My wishes are that all of my assets go to the control of Mr. James Tupper to be used to raise my children and then given to the children.”, arguing that he is Atlas’ “father and only living parent.” He insisted that he “loves both Homer and Atlas as a father and wants the best for them both.
