Shortly after news of the West Texas mass shooting broke on Saturday, Americans began flooding social media with calls for tougher gun control measures. The weekend attack occurred just one month after a gunman opened fire in Dayton, Ohio, killing nine with an assault weapon and another stormed a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, leaving 22 people dead and dozens more injured.
