Anger has erupted over the Secret Service reportedly asking former President Donald Trump to hold rallies indoors over concerns of future assassination attempts.Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned her position on Tuesday morning after being grilled by lawmakers during an intense House hearing on the Trump assassination attempt, which occurred at an outdoor rally on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania.
'I think people enjoy going to them and I think, you know, you can get more people outdoors than indoors,' Comer said. 'He attracts a big crowd, obviously. I think the president will do what the president wants to do.'News of the reported Secret Service request also immediately sparked outrage from supporters of Trump's MAGA movement on X, formerly Twitter.'This is unreal,' pro-Trump account 'End Wokeness' wrote.
