Even passengers of domestic flights arriving at the Clark International Airport are also required to present negative RT-PCR results before they could enter Angeles City.

PAMPANGA, Philippines – Except for Authorized Persons Outside of Residence , people living outside of Pampanga would no longer be allowed to enter Angeles City.

Angeles City residents who work outside Pampanga are also advised to stay in their places of employment during the duration of the MECQ. “Should they prefer otherwise, they may be allowed to return to Angeles City, provided, that they have tested negative for COVID-19 via RT-PCR testing prior to their return,” it said.

Section 3 of the modified guidelines mandated the return of checkpoints in all entry and exit points of the city, including all barangay checkpoints.
