According to court documents, 64-year-old Jack Horsley sold drugs to someone working with the law and possessed firearms as a felon.

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - An Anchorage man has been sentenced to federal prison for 10 years on drug distribution charges and multiple firearms possession.

64-year-old Jack Horsley pled guilty in November of 2023 to one count distribution of controlled substances and possession of firearms as a felon. According to documents, in 2020, Horsley sold heroin and meth to someone working with the law. Officers then executed a search warrant on Horsley’s home where they found more controlled substances and 11 firearms. Law enforcement also searched the man’s vehicle, where they found 800 grams of heroin and nearly $18,000.

The State of Alaska has previously convicted Horsley in 2009 for misconduct involving controlled substances.
