The Anchorage Assembly failed to pass a substitute version of an ordinance on Tuesday that would have given legislative power to establish and implement title 21 policy changes in coordination with zoning commission review.

The Assembly on Tuesday postponed what’s called the HOME Initiative, which supporters say would simplify zoning districtsANCHORAGE, Alaska - The Anchorage Assembly was unable to pass an ordinance on Tuesday night that would give the Assembly the power to establish and implement Title 21 policy changes in coordination with Zoning Commission review.
