DURBAN - ANC president Cyril Ramaphosa has laughed off speculation that KwaZulu-Natal's Provincial Executive will be disbanded.
The party's National Working Committee is in the province this weekend as part of its renewal programme.The only metro in the province has been placed under Section 154, allowing for national intervention."We'll be doing this in all other provinces. We're strengthening the ANC.
