JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress has made a U-turn on its decision to disqualify Tony Yengeni from being a candidate for the party's NEC positions.
Yengeni appealed the disqualification and the party's Electoral Committee has decided to uphold his appeal.Yengeni has been a member of the ANC National Executive Committee since 2007.
