He has promise as a pocket passer and can develop behind new starter Jimmy Garoppolo.The Chargers added a pair of TCU wide receivers for QB Justin Herbert, getting Quentin Johnston in Round 1 and Derius Davis in Round 4. That was adding to a position of strength, with Mike Williams and Keenan Allen already on the roster.
