"I love NSW. It has been an absolute honour to represent the 8 million people who call this great state home, especially as their 46th premier. Perrottet was first elected to parliament in the seat of Castle Hill, when he collected more than 80 per cent of the two-party vote in the 2011 election.He served as treasurer under Gladys Berejiklian from 2017 before replacing her as premier following her resignation in 2021.
