Undercover officers cracking down on human trafficking arranged "an all-sex transaction for $140" through an online ad and then arrested a man after talking to the victim.
The National Desk learned he was arrested in Plantation, near Fort Lauderdale, for DUI-second offense, driving on the wrong side of a roadway, and possession of alprazolam. An arrest report from 2022 said his brother told police he “brandished a knife during an argument,” and “was blocking him from exiting.”He’d been on probation for home invasion robbery, and was charged with violation of felony probation and resisting without violence.
