Jacinta Price has been accused of 'misrepresenting' the beliefs of remote communities while campaigning against the Voice to Parliament.

The 90-member council issued a statement about the Coalition's new shadow minister for Indigenous Australians, after Senator Price appeared in a video advertisement opposing the Voice to Parliament.

“There’s a lot of people who think the same thing. We want to go ahead with it. We will probably never have that chance again.” Senator Price was elevated to the shadow cabinet after Julian Leeser resigned from his frontbench positions so he could support the Voice to Parliament from the Coalition backbench - Within days of her promotion, No campaign groupstarring Ms Price and her husband, Scottish-born Australian musician Colin Lillie.

In his statement, Mr Williams also questioned where the Country Liberal senator had received information regarding her accusations of a child sexual abuse crisis unravelling in the Northern Territory.“We’d like to know where she got her information from. It is mandatory to report such evidence to the authorities.”, where she broke down in tears while speaking about rates of crime and sexual abuse in her state.
