Amy Schumer thanks her fans 'for embracing me when I needed it' after opening up about her battle with trichotillomania
During the sit-down, Schumer noted that her mental health had been negatively affected by her condition.
The Trainwreck star then noted that she still actively suffered from the condition, stating: 'It's not that I used to have this problem and now I don't. it's still something that I struggle with.' 'I really don't want to have a big secret anymore. And I thought putting it in there would be good for me to alleviate some of my shame and maybe, hopefully, help others alleviate some of theirs, too,' she said.
