President Donald Trump announces Judge Amy Coney Barrett as his nominee to the Supreme Court in the Rose Garden at the White House September 26. The event has turned out to be a superspreader for COVID-19.On September 27, a group of Trump's closest advisers and campaign team members were together to prepare for the first presidential debate. The group included, who was one of the first White House members to test positive for the virus.
