Though the Great Resignation has slowed, about 40 percent of workers in the U.S. last year said they expected to leave their jobs in the near future,. And if the past two years are any indication, many of those workers may be open to professional opportunities outside the realm of their previous work. Nearly half of the people who recently resigned returned to the workforce in a different industry..

To create the lists, Statista sent invitations to over 45,000 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers and participants who’ve worked with at least one of the firms. In total, 5,200 survey participants voted, and 500 firms make up the three lists—150 companies in the executive search category, 200 companies in professional search and 150 companies in temp staffing.
